運輸及堆放裝車的注意事項

我公司有專業(yè)的物流人員負責貨物運輸工作，并與多家實力較強的運輸企業(yè)有著多年業(yè)務關(guān)系。

DN80-DN250：通常是打捆包裝

DN300-DN2600;通常是散裝

運輸過程中.通常使用木板、木條、鋼絲繩、草繩、草墊對鑄管進行綁扎固定，岀口 鑄管可以通過散貨船、集裝箱運輸，內(nèi)銷鑄管可以通過汽運、火運以及船運。

During transportation, cast pipes are usually tied and fixed with boards, battens, wire ropes, straw ropes and straw mats, exported cast pipes can be transported by bulk carriers and containers, and domestic cast pipes can be transported by trucks, trains and ships.

裝車和堆放 Loading and stacking

■ 球墨鑄鐵管在裝車時，伸岀車體外部分不得超過球墨鑄鐵管長度的四分之一。

■ 球墨鑄鐵管在搬運和堆放過程中，應防止碰傷、變形和損壞。

■ 存放球墨鑄鐵管的地面應平坦松軟、硬地面應墊木塊。

■ 管架上每層球管應將承、插口相間平放’并用木塊墊好，上下兩層管方向垂直.打捆 得要求符合工藝規(guī)定.逐捆檢驗。

■ When ductile iron pipes are loaded, the parts outside the vehicle body shall not exceed one quarter of the length of the ductile iron pipes.

■ Ductile iron pipes should be protected from bump, deformation and damage during carrying and stacking.

■ The floor fop storing-ductile iron pipes should be fiat and soft, and the hard floor should be padded with wood blocks.

■  Each layer of ductile iron pipes on the pipe rack should be placed flat with alternating sockets and spigots and padded with wooden blocks, the upper and lower layers of p：pes are oriented vertically, and the pipes should be bundled in accordance with process requirements and are checked bundle by bundle.

運輸 Transportation

目測跟蹤，陸路、海路及鐵路運輸，裝車方式不能影響球鐵管的質(zhì)雖.在運輸過程中不能存在影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的因素或現(xiàn)象；每車「每批發(fā)貨本廠庫房監(jiān)裝：貨到中轉(zhuǎn) 站(港口、火車站)進行全程監(jiān)控。

For visual tracking, land, sea and rail transportation, the loading mode cannot affect the quality of ductile iron pipes, and there can be no factors or phenomena affecting product quality during transportation; every vehicle ai loaded by our factory warehouse; the whole course is to the transfer stations (ports, train stations).
